We were so excited to share first results about UV waveguides technology maturation of ALUVia at the IEEE Benelux conference in Gent last week!
Nadia Chahir, former PhD student at the IOS group and part of the ALUVia project, had the chance to report on the advances on the ebeam lithography to achieve high fidelity of the patterned structures.
Lookind forward to share more results at next year's IEEE Benelux 2024 which will be held here at University of Twente!
